Instructions for Use

Preparation:

1. Storage Conditions: Store rolls in a cool, dry environment (15°C-25°C, 40%-60% RH) away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

2. Workspace Setup: Use in ESD-Protected Areas (EPA) when handling sensitive electronic components. Ground the work surface if possible.

Application Process (Hand Wrapping):

1. Film Loading: Place the roll on a suitable dispenser or holder that allows smooth rotation.

2. Starting Point: Anchor the film end securely at the base of the pallet or item. Ensure 2-3 wraps around the base for stability.

3. Wrapping Technique:

   • Hold the roll at a comfortable angle (approximately 30° from horizontal)

   • Walk around the load while maintaining consistent tension

   • Overlap each layer by 50% for optimal coverage and strength

   • Use the "pull-and-stretch" method: gently stretch the film to 20%-30% of its original length for better cling and efficiency

4. Top & Bottom Coverage:

   • For pallets: wrap 2-3 layers at the bottom, then spiral upward with overlapping layers

   • Create a "cap" at the top by wrapping horizontally several times

5. Finishing: Tear the film using the built-in serrated edge or cut with scissors. Press the end firmly against the wrapped surface; the self-cling property will secure it.
