SMT Splice Copper Shims have two types: Copper Shims Loose & Copper Shims on Frame.

Both kinds of Splice Copper Shims need Special Splice Tool for pressing them into the carrier material tape.

SMT Splice Copper Shims is made of 0.1mm thick phosphor copper, the copper thorn is sharp, and it can easily penetrate all kinds of tapes.

SMT Copper Shims are used together with SMT Splice Tapes, and need special splice tool for doing operation.

Making splicing in this way makes the carrier material tapes joining together stable and reliable and continued.


Performance:

SMT Splicing Copper Shims Loose, 4000 pieces per package, can be used for splicing 4000 times, and copper shims loose are used together with single splice tapes.

SMT Splicing Copper Shims on Frame, each piece can be used for splicing 20 times, it saves a lot time, there are 25 pieces in a small U type box, and 8 U boxes per big box.
Each big box of shims can be used for splicing 4000pcs.

Copper Shims on Frame is used for joining various carrier materials with the width of 8mm ~ 72mm.
