Pink ESD Bubble Bag  -  Instructions for Use:

Step 1: Preparation & Handling

• Ensure the bag and your hands (or wear ESD gloves) are clean and dry before use.

• Work in an ESD-Protected Area (EPA) if possible, and keep the bag away from strong static fields or insulators.

Step 2: Packing the Item

• Place the ESD-sensitive item (e.g., PCB, IC) gently into the bag.

• Do not overfill. Leave enough space (at least 1-2 cm) for easy sealing and to prevent stress on the seal.

Step 3: Sealing the Bag

• For Open-Top Bags: Fold the open end over 2-3 times (about 1-2 cm per fold) and secure it with adhesive tape or an ESD-safe tape.

• For Self-Seal Flap Bags:

  1. Place the item inside, ensuring it's below the adhesive strip.

  2. Peel off the protective liner from the adhesive strip on the flap.

  3. Fold the flap down firmly and press along the entire adhesive strip to ensure a complete, airtight seal. The seal can be reopened and resealed multiple times.

Step 4: Storage & Transportation

• Store sealed bags in a cool, dry place (recommended below 30°C / 86°F and < 70% RH).

• During transportation, pack the ESD bubble bags inside an ESD-safe tote or outer carton for added protection against physical damage and environmental factors.

• Avoid contact with sharp objects or edges that could puncture the bag and compromise its protective properties.

Step 5: Quality & Lifetime

• The ESD properties are permanent under normal storage and use conditions.

• Periodically check bags for any signs of physical damage. Replace if punctured or torn.
