Product Description

Material:  
ESD Kapton Dots / ESD High Temperature Labels are made from Base material, Adhesive, Release film.
Opaque Polyimide with coating treatment (with special pressure sensitive adhesive coating) and Anti-static Permanent Acrylic Pressure-sensitive Adhesive, Organic silica gel as adhesive, and PET Release Film or other requested Release Paper.
Temperature resistance: 250 ~ 300°C.
With excellent high temperature resistance, also good solvent resistance.

Standard sizes: Round dots with diameters 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm, 18mm etc.….., staying on PET Release Film, with 38mm diameter core.
The length of PET release Film is 33m, the dots quantity per roll of each size is different.

Function:
Anti Static High Temperature Label is an opaque polyimide label with Anti-static Permanent Acrylic pressure-sensitive Adhesive. It is specially designed for the printed circuit board or related electronic parts that need to reduce static electricity to be identified with characters or bar codes.

Anti Static High Temperature Label is an ideal material that can withstand the corrosion of various welding agents, melting agents and cleaning agents in the production process of various circuit boards

The Anti-static Adhesive with resistance to static electricity is used to make the label leave only a small amount of static electricity in a very short time. Greatly reduce the static electricity generated by the label tearing off the backing paper, and will not damage the components highly sensitive to static electricity
