Product Use & Application Guide (for Larger Bags)

1. Intended Application:

These larger sizes are designed for protecting sizable static-sensitive items, such as:

• Large printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies

• Server or console panels

• Industrial control modules

• Automotive electronic units

• Multiple smaller items kitted together

2. Handling & Sealing Instructions:

• Environment: Handle in an ESD Protected Area (EPA) using proper grounding.

• Placement: Carefully place the item in the center of the bag.

• Sealing (Critical for Large Bags): Fold the open end over multiple times (at least twice) to create a clean flap. Secure the entire length of the flap with 2-inch wide conductive tape or use an industrial ESD heat sealer. Ensure the seal is continuous to maintain the Faraday cage.

• Labeling: Affix any necessary external labels without puncturing the bag.

3. Storage & Logistics:

• Store sealed bags flat or on edge in ESD-safe containers or totes.

• Due to their size, avoid stacking too many heavy items on top to prevent the sealed edge from opening.

• The semi-transparent material allows for quick visual verification of contents without opening.

4. Customization & Support:

• MOQ Note: The lower MOQ for the largest sizes (e.g., 2,000 pcs for 24x30") is ideal for lower-volume, high-mix production.
