A conductive grid is buried between layers that will not crack, chip or rub off. It's Static Dissipative & Strong Adhesion.
Surface Resistance: 10e6 ~ 10e9 ohms
Adhesive Resistivity: 10e9 ~ 10e10 ohms
ESD Grid Tape has permanent antistatic ability.
Thickness: 0.06mm
Width can be from 2mm to 50mm or 100mm
Standard length: 36 meters, and length can be customized as per request.
Application:
The ESD Grid Tape has Outer and Inner static dissipative grids that do not shed, flake or crack, chip or rub off, this combination provides a good effective static prevention and shielding.
This ESD Grid tape can be used in ESD areas (Electro Static Discharge Sensitive Areas) where components and devices are handled,
ESD Grid Tape also can be used for PCB Production Lines.
Customization:
Length, width can be customized.
Usually the industry standard fixed length is 36m, Widths from 2mm up to 50mm wide.
