Pink ESD Bubble Bag  -  Instructions for Use:

A. Preparation:

Work in an ESD-Protected Area (EPA) if possible.

Ensure the bag and your hands (or ESD gloves) are clean and dry.

B. Packing:

Place the static-sensitive item (e.g., circuit board, IC chip) gently into the bag.

Avoid overfilling. Leave sufficient space (≥ 2cm) for proper sealing to prevent stress on the seam.

C. Sealing (Refer to Image):

For Open-Top Bags: Fold the open end over twice and secure firmly with ESD-safe tape.

For Self-Seal Flap Bags:

Ensure the item is placed below the adhesive strip.

Remove the protective liner from the adhesive strip on the flap.

Fold the flap down firmly and press along the entire adhesive strip to create a complete, airtight seal. This flap can be opened and resealed multiple times for reusability.

D. Handling & Storage:

For added protection during shipping, place the sealed ESD bubble bag inside an ESD shielding bag or a conductive tote/carton.

Store in a cool, dry place (recommended: below 30°C, < 70% RH).

Avoid contact with sharp objects or edges to prevent punctures. Inspect bags periodically and replace if damaged.
