ESD Shield Film & Tubing in Standard thickness of 75my. Other thicknesses are available as per requests.
Function:
The first Choice of anti-static packaging
Excellent anti-static function, being capable of effectively preventing generation of static inside it; Insulating to the highest degree objects inside it from external static field to prevent them from potential static hazard;
The surface resistance is 10e8 to 10e10 ohms.
Application:
For making ESD Shielding Bags, open top bags, ziplock bags, gusset bags and shielding square bags.
For packing high-technology electronic parts and components
For packing static sensitive items / products in the EPA area, such as PCB boards, IC, LED items.
For packing wooden boxes with static sensitive items
For covering or packing pallets with antistatic products stacked on.

Making product free of chemical substances such as amide, silicone oil, and chloride ion and so on by using different process
