Instructions for Use:

A. Inspection & Storage:

Before use, visually inspect the film roll for any tears, holes, or significant creases that could compromise coverage.
Store rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and strong electrostatic fields.

B. Unrolling & Cutting:

Place the roll on a suitable dispenser or rod for smooth unwinding.
Pull and unroll the required length of film.
Cut the film to the desired size using a clean, sharp cutter or scissors. Ensure straight cuts for easier handling and sealing.

C. Application & Wrapping:

Work in an ESD-Protected Area (EPA) if possible. Ensure worksurfaces are grounded.
Lay the film on the work surface as a static-dissipative liner, or use it to wrap components directly.
For wrapping, ensure the item is completely covered. The film's flexibility allows it to conform to various shapes.
For optimal protection, the pink side should face the component to utilize the permanent anti-static properties.

D. Sealing (If Required):

To create a sealed pouch or bag, fold the film over the item and align the edges.
Use a standard impulse heat sealer with a Teflon-coated sealing bar.
Recommended starting settings: Temperature: 130-150°C; Dwell Time: 0.5-1.5 seconds; Pressure: Medium. Always conduct a test seal to optimize for your specific equipment and film thickness.
